Carrefour Taiwan supermarket division is a newly built-up business in 2013. I joined as sales & concept manager to develop a new business from 0 to 1, Managed opening promotions & events for 53 new supermarket stores, collaborating with expansion & asset project team.
Project 3 @ Taiwan tea culture X French restaurant
In 2012, I planed and launched flower-secented tea colloection campaign, which included VIP dinner party associated with Hyatt Hotel. As the result, it gained 20% sales growth of the collection.
About Me
I am good at developing teams and articulating brand core values & concepts for newly built-up business to implement in APAC region, which includes but not limited to marketing communication strategy, improving in-store customer shopping experience, concept development and store expansion.
I have broad experience across all marketing channels including go-to-market strategy, consumer insights, CRM, operational marketing, campaign and brand management, store expansion, concepts, and omni-channel retail business development. Consumer market & retail business development in IKEA, KFC and Carrefour.
I was born in Taipei, earned MBA degree in NY. Have work experience in NYC, Taipei, Ho Chi-Minh City, Guangzhou, Shanghai. Experienced in cross-functional and cultural teams.
